Big Chief Cigar Company runs this website. Nothing is sold on this site. Apart from basic visit statistics, the only personal information the site collects is what you choose to send.
What gets collected
The locker waitlist form asks for your name and phone number, with room for an email address and a note. The private event form asks for your name and phone number, plus an email address, a date, the size of your group, and a description of what you have in mind. You only send what you type in.
If you call or email the shop, it has your number or address and whatever you tell it.
Like almost every website, the company that hosts this one keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How it is used

- To reply when you reach out by phone or email
What the shop does not do
Big Chief does not sell, rent, or trade your information, and does not add you to a marketing email or text list from these forms.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which emails them to the shop and keeps a copy on its own servers. To screen out spam, Web3Forms checks the IP address and email address of each submission with outside spam filters. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps the technical logs described above, including an approximate location based on IP address. Visit statistics are handled by Google Analytics, and the map on the home and Visit pages is provided by Google. Each follows its own privacy policy for the data it handles. Your information is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Analytics, cookies, and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. The shop sees totals, not who you are, and nothing you type into a form is sent to Google Analytics. Only the fact that a form was sent is counted.
The map on the home and Visit pages is an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address.
Google may use information from both to track activity across other websites and over time, under Google’s own privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser. The site works the same without them. It does not respond differently to a browser’s Do Not Track setting.
How long it is kept
The shop keeps requests for as long as they are useful, such as while you are on the locker waitlist or until your event is over. The copy Web3Forms keeps is deleted automatically after three years at the most. Ask and yours will be deleted from both places sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what the shop has from you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also ask the shop to stop contacting you, and it will.
Adults only
Big Chief sells tobacco, and this site is meant for adults 21 and older. The shop does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
